How the Process Works
Here is what you can expect during the process of having your resume professionally written by Great Resumes Fast:
STEP 1: Initial Contact
After you submit your order you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt from us that will instruct you where to send your current resume. You may also upload your resume at any time using our upload form. A writer will be assigned to you, and you will be contacted by that writer the same business day ( 9am - 5pm EST). If you order after 5PM EST you will be contacted the following morning.

STEP 2: Comprehensive Phone Consultation
Your assigned writer will contact you via telephone to schedule a convenient time for you to complete your phone consultation. Your consultation and writer interview will last approximately one hour—or possibly longer—please plan accordingly.
During the consultation your writer will review your current resume and job search goals, accomplishments and contributions, branding, work history, knowledge, skills, abilities, and more. If you have in mind any specific openings for which you intend to apply, it will be helpful to provide your writer with links to the job openings to help facilitate the strategic targeting of your resume and cover letter.
STEP 3: Review and Revisions
After the consultation your writer will start developing your new resume and cover letter. Once the initial draft is complete your writer will forward it to an editor for final review before it is sent to you for review within the 3-5 day deadline.
Once you receive your resume proof the writer will schedule a follow-up call with you to discuss any necessary edits or revisions and explain strategies and formatting of your documents. You are entitled to unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the resume and cover letter.
STEP 4: Final Documents
Once you give your approval of the drafts your writer will finalize your documents and send them to you in the following formats:
